Dear Herrin CUSD #4 Families,
We're excited to announce a significant upgrade to our district's phone system, replacing the antiquated system that has been in place for several years. This modernization will improve communication and safety for our students, teachers, and staff, while also helping us connect with you more effectively
The installation of the new system is currently in progress, and we will begin transitioning to the new system over the next few days. We ask for your patience as our staff becomes familiar with the new equipment over the next couple of weeks. One possible issue during this time may be an occasional dropped call when transferring. If this occurs, please simply call back.
All district phone numbers will remain the same. We are confident this upgrade will make communication smoother and more efficient for everyone.

Parents, today, Friday, September 12th is the Quarter 1 Midterm. Be on the lookout for progress reports coming home. Also, don’t forget you can download the PowerSchool app to easily check your child’s grades, attendance, and lunch bills at your convenience.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, September 11th from 4:00–7:00 PM.
This is a great opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and goals for the school year. 🐯

Parent Performance: 11:30 AM
💃 Camp participants will also perform Friday, September 19th at halftime of the Herrin vs. Carterville football game!
🏈 Game begins at 7:00 PM @ Harrison Bruce Sports Complex.
📌 To secure a camp shirt, please send registration forms and payment to school offices by Friday, August 29th.
