Please make sure to get your student(s) pre-registered. Our IN-PERSON registrations are on July 25th from 10am-6pm and July 27th from 7am-3pm. If you cannot appear at the IN-PERSON registration, please coordinate with your student's school to complete registration before the first day of school.
Snapcodes have been emailed to families of returning students from PowerSchool Registration Support (noreplyregistration@powerschool.com). Check your spam folder if you can’t find the email. Use this snapcode to register your student for the 2023-24 school year.

BREAKFAST: Herrin Schools are offering FREE breakfasts from June 5th through June 29th. Monday through Thursday ONLY. 7:15 AM - 8:00 AM. Open to ALL kids and teens 18 and under. Meals will be served at all four Herrin CUSD #4 school buildings and must be eaten inside the building. No to-go meals are available.
LUNCH: The Herrin House of Hope is hosting a FREE Summer Meals Program for children 18 and under. May 15th through August 25th. Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Between preparing delicious food, adhering to strict nutrition standards, navigating student food allergies, and offering service with a smile, Herrin CUSD 4 nutrition professionals have a lot on their plate. To celebrate their hard work and commitment, Herrin schools will celebrate School Lunch Hero Day on May 5. This day, celebrated annually since 2013, was designated by The School Nutrition Association and Jarrett Krosoczka, author of the “Lunch Lady” graphic novel series. School Lunch Hero Day provides an opportunity for parents, students, school staff, and communities to thank those who provide healthy meals to nearly 30 million of America’s students each school day.
